1970 Porno font by Tension Type is a free groovy font that draws inspiration from the 1970s spirit. It mimics period typography from magazines and combines the classic and the retro. While the font has a certain manly take on its aesthetic, it follows round and even fearless letterforms. It comes with a capital letter set and small capitals outlined to each with the same width. Last but not least, it can be compared to the works of Herbert Bayer and Edward Johnson.

Author's note
This design originated as a custom typeface for a logo. Initially, only a few letters were created, but I dedicated time to develop the complete alphabet. Although this font is best suited for display purposes, I expanded it into a full typeface. It embodies a distinctly retro style, making it an excellent choice for various creative projects.
