DOBILAS (Clover)
Typeface Dobilas was born with the purchase of a new Molotow transformer marker. At first, it was just sketches for my personal logo, but soon I came up with an idea to make initial letters for portfolio chapters. After making a few needed glyphs, I decided to create a set of extended Latin, Cyrillic, and Greek alphabets. This typeface was designed based on the Apple command button and two more conditions. The first and main condition was to have vertical and horizontal strokes, well-rounded, with the same weight and 90-degree angle corners. The second condition was to build the glyph shape from only one continuous line or have two separate shapes. The entire font has 3 weights - lean, stock, and fed. Typeface Dobilas best fits for initials, monogrammic style logos, and title case. It only has capital letters, numbers, and sentence punctuation.
