Evil Vampire font family designed by Tup Wanders in a free Gothic display font with gothic influences. The laced structure and different size comparison of all letters give the typeface a slightly italicized appearance. Evil vampire will make each word wrapped in a web-like path which adds a layer of mysteriousness and creativity all at the same time.
The font is a good choice for video games, movies, book covers, branding, logos, headlines etc. A regular professional usage is also possible if the font is used wisely. Be bold and experiment with any personal favorite design style!
Evil vampire is public domain, open-source font. It can be used freely in a wide scope of personal, educational, and commercial projects.
When I was studying graphics at art school in the early 1980s, I developed a deep appreciation for Piet Schreuders, a typophile known for his impeccable taste in unconventional typography. As a designer of stunning magazines such as Aloha, Furore, and the Poezenkrant, Schreuders was among the first to appreciate the unique beauty found in the imperfections of typefaces from pulp publications and inexpensive advertisements from previous decades. His enthusiasm for these fonts was evident in his exceptional designs.
As I grew older and found more free time, I found myself compelled to create typefaces inspired by my fascination with what others might deem "bad" typography. This passion has served as motivation for my own font creations. I have never attempted to reconstruct or redesign existing fonts; instead, I draw inspiration from the fonts I have encountered in the past and develop my own designs from scratch.
One such creation is the Evil Vampire font. This quirky, blocky italic typeface echoes styles I remember from magazines of the 1920s to the 1940s. I hope you find it useful, and I would love to see the projects you create with it!
