Isometretos font by Benjamin Blåholtz is a single free font created with a fresh and youthful spirit. The typeface takes a new path of originality and distinctiveness. Each letter is formed with a unique and spontaneous style that lacks any particular, visible structure. In other words, this isn’t a classic font that follows a specific category with rules. It’s more of an art piece with letters that were born out of the designer’s own intense feelings.
The odd font would be a fun and interesting factor in your quirky T-shirt design. Because it’s not a readable typeface, avoid using it for any large body of text, and stick to short phrases, tag lines, or logos. Viewers will be curious to figure out what the secret typographic file is about.
You can freely use the file for personal use; however, a donation is recommended for commercial projects.
Isometretos is a minimal blackletter type made up of triangles on a grid, similar to the one commonly used for isometric projections, which is where it gets its name. It is slightly more similar to the Greek origin word "isomtrētos."
The font includes upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and the more common symbols. Further information is included in the .zip file.
Enjoy!
