Kopio 639 font by junkohanhero is an eroded and industrial display font crafted as a nod to the writer's time during the EU Refugee Crisis in 2015. Other influences include a famous Finnish artist, Akseli Gallen-Kallela, whose letter press works inspired the condensed form. A great choice for an environmentally or politically challenging design, this typeface can set just the right stress levels and mood. It is as subtle as it is intense making it perfect for very serious topics.
With little details that make a big difference, Kopio 639 font is suitable for music and literature heavy album covers, broadsheets, books and other printed format. Titles can make particular use of the varying emotional impact of your pieces by mixing uppercase and lowercase characters that unintentionally appear as opposites. Other graphics like posters, flyers, and banners can benefit from this rather peculiar lettering.
