Magnalux font by Sharkshock is a free sans-serif font with a modern and structured design. Industrial and geometric, this typeface comes in slightly condensed letterforms and thick perpendicular strokes. These visual qualities would easily help the font convey an impactful message and high visibility wherever it will be used. Its characters include uppercase letters, multilingual letters, and punctuation.

After a series of updates to the Republica Minor family, enough changes were made to create an entirely new family: Magnalux. This font retains the overall feel of its predecessor while featuring many characters that have been completely redrawn, resulting in a refreshed and more consistent look. The uppercase characters are bold with minimal negative space, while the lowercase letters emphasize clean curves and broad line weights, featuring short ascenders and descenders. These characteristics are also evident in the numerals. Magnalux is perfect for use in team logos, magazine covers, or web graphics.
Magnalux is available in four different versions and includes Basic and Extended Latin, punctuation, kerning, alternates (eroded), Cyrillic, and Greek characters. The eroded version can cycle through several instances of the same letter if supported by your software's OTF features. Please check the glyph maps for all supported characters. The demo version contains basic characters only. The full version can be obtained by purchasing a commercial license or a one-time $55 payment for personal use.
