PK&co font by paintblack is a free hand-drawn rough display font written on nylon silk strings with a wooden stick. Its narrow structure and unpredictable lines set it apart from the crowd, making it valuable at so many levels. It is inspired by ancient Chinese warriors and as such, it can be used for extraordinary fighting scenes and character displays.
As a font designer himself/herself, this project was personal to its creator who still wanted to share it professionally. Furthermore, he/she allows use within artworks where the typing of entire character sets is not necessarily needed like main headlines, poster/message letters, etc. The font, however, is a free font for only personal usage and regular commercial usage applies for other projects.
While the donation is not mandatory and up to the users, it still is a nice gentle way to support such an original project for the artist’s sake by purchasing a commercial license.
