Seoul font is a free typeface from Kong Font that mimics a geometric foreign script. This foreign font is built like the hybrid between Korean letters and Latin ones. It has an authentic look that writers who have used Korean hangul, Chinese Hanzi, or Japanese Kanji will appreciate. Every letter of this font resembles a standalone Korean character which can be presented in a small size for a whimsical look or in a large size to embody the exact opposite effect where every line appears intimidating yet stylish.
Seoul was inspired by the essential appearance of Korean script; hence, it is best paired next to this writing style. Text that reads ‘hangul freely inspired texts’ which may be found in Korean towns all over the world would suit this font. Other meaningful purposes for the font include display projects like posters, cards, vinyl, product packaging, and titles for magazines and films.
The font is free for personal use. For commercial projects, it is suggested to purchase a license.
