Slimamif has extended character sets for Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic, allowing it to be used for Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Latvian, and virtually all other European languages, as well as more than 70 ethnic languages of the Russian Federation. It includes a new Ruble sign and other special characters commonly used on the web.
Stylistically, Slimamif is a thin, light font, falling somewhere between handwritten and Art Nouveau.
