Funky Foodie Doodie font family by Tup Wanders draws inspiration from the retro, classic book covers elegantly engraved with old fonts. It belongs to the serif category, but due to its decorative wavy touches, it does not adhere to the conventional standards. The letters are capitalized, uniform in thickness, and almost have the lightweight feel of script fonts.
Add it to your range of fonts and use it in several commercial applications that demand an attention-grabbing header. Display it on a creative magazine cover, album cover for dreampop bands, social media graphics, or anything that needs a bit of funk!
This is a free font available for free personal use, but a purchase license is required for any form of commercial usage.
I know a lot of people in the food business like this kind of Art Deco 1930s stuff. I don't exactly know why, but I like making a pastiche of that 1930s style, so why not? I started out with the thin version about a month ago, then made three other fonts and had to return to this one, which was a bit tedious. But I finished it anyway. I'm sure there are people who can use it. For me, it's a bit meh.
If you use this font in your designs, please let me know and show me what you've made. I like that a lot; it's the main reason I make free fonts.
